I'm not really sure about the kind of wood it is, since it was recycled, but i think it is Oak.
As soon as i saw that piece, i loved it and it talked to me. Love the crack texture on the front, and the back is red, beautiful as well.
It looks like a big cliff with some pure water falling down.
You have to climb it, make an effort, live life, to reach the pagoda, synonym here of Peace, Zen Zone.
Clean your mind, your soul, your heart. The past belongs to the past. You can remember it, but don't let it affect your present or future.
